These terms govern your use of the 77aj platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by the conditions set out below.

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 77aj ("77aj", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 77aj online casino and sports betting platform available at 77aj.pro (the "Platform"). Clause 1
Eligibility and Account Registration
To register and use the 77aj Platform, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a resident of Bangladesh or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited; (c) provide accurate and complete personal information during registration, including a valid mobile number registered in your name; (d) not be a current employee, director, contractor, or close relative of an employee of 77aj. By creating an account, you warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and up to date. 77aj reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where verification cannot be completed.
Clause 2
Account Security and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
  • Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party under any circumstances.
  • Notify 77aj immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • Not allow any other person to use your account, including family members or friends.
  • Accept full liability for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized use where you have failed to maintain the security of your account.
Clause 3
Deposits and Payment Methods
77aj processes all real-money transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits may be made using the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. 77aj does not accept deposits from credit cards, prepaid cards, or any payment method not listed on the Platform. By making a deposit, you confirm that:
  • The funds you are depositing are your own and are not derived from any illegal or criminal activity.
  • The payment method you are using is registered in your own name.
  • You understand that minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are subject to change.
Clause 4
Withdrawals
Players may request withdrawal of available funds subject to the following conditions:
  • Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) and to the account registered in your name.
  • Before a withdrawal can be processed, 77aj may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). Failure to complete KYC within the required period may result in withdrawal suspension.
  • Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds remain subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.
  • 77aj reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
Clause 5
Bonuses and Promotions
77aj offers various bonus programs and promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
  • Bonuses must be wagered in accordance with the stated rollover requirement (typically expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
  • Bonuses are valid for a limited period as stated in the specific promotion. Unused bonus funds and free spins expire at the end of the stated validity period.
  • 77aj reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who are found to have abused the bonus system — including multi-accounting or collusion — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts may be closed permanently.
Clause 6
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77aj Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:
  • Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any technical device to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to circumvent Platform security.
  • Registering or operating more than one player account, whether under the same or different personal details.
  • Using funds that originate from criminal activity, fraud, or money laundering in connection with your 77aj account.
  • Colluding with other players or engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports betting corruption.
Clause 7
Game Rules and Fairness
All games available on the 77aj Platform operate under the rules established by their respective game providers. 77aj does not alter the core rules of any game. In the event of a technical malfunction or error that affects the outcome of a game:
  • Bets placed during a verifiable technical fault may be declared void and the original stake returned to the player's account.
  • 77aj is not liable for losses incurred due to a player's own hardware, software, or internet connectivity issues.
  • All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems audited by independent third parties. 77aj does not manipulate outcomes.
Clause 8
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77aj shall not be liable for:
  • Any loss of funds resulting from a player's own decisions, including decisions made while under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
  • Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond 77aj's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider downtime, or force majeure events.
  • Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any nature arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
Clause 9
Account Suspension and Termination
77aj reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, suspicious betting patterns, identity fraud, or any regulatory or legal requirement to do so. In the event of termination for cause, 77aj may withhold funds pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any remaining real-money balance (excluding pending bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Clause 10
Intellectual Property
All content on the 77aj Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, game assets, and interface design — is the property of 77aj or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without express written permission from 77aj.
  • Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any Platform software or game content.
  • Use any Platform content for commercial purposes, including advertising or promotional material, without prior written consent from 77aj.
Clause 11
Privacy and Data Protection
77aj collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. All data is stored securely using SSL encryption. 77aj does not sell player data to third parties. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
